Research Centre

Research, published with its method and its sample.

This is not a blog. It is the firm’s research programme: original work with a stated method, benchmarks that can be repeated, and practitioner guides that are useful without a consultant. Reports still in field are listed here in the same visual weight as published work, with their instruments published before fieldwork closes.

02How we publish

The standard applied to everything on this page.

Claims discipline
Results and figures must be traceable to a measured source with the period stated. Concept demonstration and pilot work is labelled as such, in the same visual weight as the claim. Research is published with its method and sample, because research without a stated method is opinion with charts.
Why in-field reports are listed
A research programme that only appears once it has results is indistinguishable from marketing. Instruments, rubrics and sampling frames are published before fieldwork opens, so the measure cannot be adjusted after the results are known, and any organisation can score itself before being scored.

Book a Discovery Session

Participate in the research programme.

Organisations that complete a research instrument receive their own scored profile against the sector band at no cost, whether or not they engage the firm. A discovery conversation is the simplest way to start.
