04

Client ownership

On client engagements, domains, hosting and accounts are registered in the client’s name with the client as account holder, and every account created is listed in the handover register. Final assets are delivered in editable and export formats with image licences and font licence terms stated.

05

Commercial terms, in summary

Fixed price is the default. Every proposal states deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, the payment schedule and a validity period. Projects are invoiced 50 percent before work begins, 30 percent on agreed milestones and 20 percent before final delivery or launch. Retainers are payable monthly in advance with annual escalation stated at signature.

Two rounds of revision are included per deliverable. Third-party costs are recovered at cost plus a stated handling percentage. Travel beyond the Mangaung metropolitan area is charged at an agreed rate per kilometre plus time. Rush work requested inside normal lead time carries a surcharge, typically 25 to 50 percent. Late payment attracts interest per legislation and contract terms, and work may be suspended until overdue amounts are settled.

A change is anything that alters agreed scope, cost, timeline or acceptance criteria, and is recorded on a one-page change order signed before the work is done. The full terms appear in the Business Operating System.

06

Third-party links and embeds

This site links to and embeds third-party services, including a map provider and an external booking calendar. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.
