Four minutes.
Seven honest answers.
A short version of the instrument we use in paid diagnostics. It scores seven dimensions, shows where you are weakest, and points to the work that would move the score.
The scoring runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is transmitted unless you choose to send your result to us at the end.
How to read the score.
The score is a conversation starter, not a measurement. It reflects your own perception of your organisation on a given day, which is exactly what makes it useful: perception gaps between colleagues are usually the finding.
A practical test. Have three colleagues complete it separately without discussing it. If the scores diverge by more than a point on any dimension, the disagreement is more informative than the average.
The full instrument used in paid engagements scores nine dimensions, draws on document review and interviews rather than self-report, and produces a costed roadmap. This short version deliberately omits the dimensions that cannot be self-assessed honestly.
